How does it work
Secondary display for the pit crew
You have the option to add a secondary display to the VBOX Pit Lane Timer (not Mini Pit Lane Timer) which mirrors the stationary countdown time and makes this information easily available to the pit crew and driver.
The OLED Pit Display (RLVBPITDSP-V2) will keep the team informed of how much time they have left in the pit lane and exactly when to release the car with minimal time loss.
A standard OLED display cannot be used instead of an OLED Pit Display.
On Screen Data
VBOX Pit Lane Timer has various display options depending where you are on the track.
The data that is shown in each display mode is calculated by the unit at all times, even if you choose not to display it.
ON TRACK
IN PIT LANE
When you enter the pit lane, the Pit Lane Timer will show your live speed value.
Pit Lane Timer recognizing the pre-set pit lane entry point as it is crossed, displays the velocity until the car comes to a stop and then counts down to zero to indicate when it is time to get out again.
IN PIT BOX
Font Options
VBOX Pit Lane Timer display has the option to show font as a high contrast outline or inverse screen colours for use in different light conditions.

LED Behaviour
VBOX Pit Lane Timer uses an array of 6 LEDs to prompt you when to speed up, slow down and leave the pit box.
Pit Speed Monitoring
As soon as the car crosses the pit entry line, the LEDs start to provide feedback to the driver about their current speed. The LEDs can change colour or blink to indicate whether the driver needs to adjust their speed.
Pit Speed Countdown
Once the car stops in its designated pit box, the LEDs will indicate how long you should remain stationary before it's time to leave.
Pit to Exit Delta
Delta time refers to the time difference between leaving the pit box to reaching the pit exit. This information can help you to understand how your pit stop time compares to the optimal or expected time.
