Receive your RMA number and shipping instructions
We issue a Returns Material Authorisation number with clear packing guidance and shipping arrangements, depending on your location.

Diagnostic assessment — typically within 10 working days of receipt
Once received, our technicians complete a full diagnostic. You'll be informed of findings, next steps, timelines, and any costs before work proceeds.
